Group Class Registration               

To register for classes, please fill out the registration form below and click submit. Then, click the "Buy Now" button to pay for your class. You may enter your card number and pay securely via PayPal.

Payment is due for classes by one week prior to the start of the session. No refunds available after the first week of class. Bitches in season are welcome as long as they wear sanitary britches. If you have any questions, you may contact us at: daculadogtraining@gmail.com

Group Training Class Terms and Conditions:

I hereby waive and release Dacula Dog Training, Mud Puppy Grooming, its employees, officers, members and agents from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage which I or my dog may suffer, including specifically, but without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the action of any dog, and I expressly assume the risk of such damage or injury while attending any training class, or any other function while on the training grounds or the surrounding area.  I recognize and understand that Group Training is not for every dog and that Dacula Dog Training and it's staff reserve the right to refuse entry to group classes for any reason, including, but not limited to; illness, injury, aggression towards dogs or people, or any unsafe behaviors. In consideration of and as inducement to the acceptance of my application for training at Dacula Dog Training in conjunction with Mud Puppy Grooming, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above from any and all claims, or claims by any member of my family or any other person accompanying me to any of the training activities or other sponsored functions, or while on the facility or neighboring area thereto as a result of any action by any dog, including my own.
